Date Night

Jeff and I went on a date last night...had some supper at HuHot and then went for a walk across this bridge!

I had never been here before and I thought it was beautiful...I want to go back SOON and take my zoom lens AND someone who wants to be a model... ;-)

Jeff showed me his Incredible Hulk strength....

It was a gorgeous evening to be out walking...

Family Fun NIght

It was a hot feelslikesummer evening..and it was cooler outside than in..so....
..we headed outside for an outdoor movie night! We lit the tiki torches....

..set the tv in the window...

..and relaxed on the trampoline watching The Incredibles!

....until the mosquitoes moved in!!! And let me tell you they DID MOVE IN and we ended up cutting our night short! :-(
Mosquitoes 6 Lepperts 0 We were covered with itchy red welts that night..especially Bryn and Alex...oh, and ME! Guess we are the sweetest!!!

My Cleaning buddy!

Alex stayed home with me this afternoon and helped me do some cleaning! He washed all the kitchen cupboards and they look incredible now...cool thing is..he said it was fun! :-)

Hoof trimming day

Jeff came home from work on Saturday and took advantage of the beautiful weather...unlike today...to dig out the hoof jack and start trimming up some horse hooves!

Libby's hooves had gotten pretty long over the winter so he started with her!

She didn't seem to enjoy it too much but she did behave fairly well!

Jeff did an incredible job!!! Thanks honey!

Omaha

I haven't had my camera out since the boys came home...been too busy relaxing and playing on photoshop and just enjoying my family! So today when I got it out, I found the pictures I took when we went to Omaha to pick the boys up! Jeff wanted to leave a little early to go to the Bass Pro Shop and look around...we took the camera in and got a few fun shots to share!

This store ended up being all about me! From COFFEE.....

....to my beloved hair color!

For an outdoor hunting and fishing shop...It was pretty amazing after all!!!!!

Why I haven't been blogging.....

I upgraded to photoshop CS3....Wilson and Tyler came home from college and are teaching me lots of little tricks and tips...we have been working together on some projects...Sad to say, I haven't even had the camera out of the bag since the boys got home...I am pretty excited about all the new skills I am learning!

Morning

The joy of being at home in the morning!! Fresh hot coffee in my recliner while I have my devotions....a long hot shower...letting the kids sleep in so I can have some quiet alone time...AND...time to make a GOOD BREAKFAST!!!

Homemade waffles with fresh strawberries, bananas, cool whip and if you are Alex, chocolate syrup on top! AND its not even his birthday!!!
