What a beautiful day it is outside! The SUN is shining!!! What a happy thing to see...
Evidently Lucy thought so too..she snuck outside while I was going out..and seems pretty happy about it.

17 years ago tonight...at 11:11pm...Bryn Noelle Leppert joined our family. My first girl...and only girl..I am so thankful for her! What a blessing she is to me and one of my bestest friends. We have so much fun together and so many special memories...I love you Bryn!!!

We had a volleyball game against Grace last night.

We had a good time watching them play...

We lost, but had a good time playing.

Teen Valentine Banquet

Bryn went to her Teen Valentine Banquet last night…we had to hurry back from Alex’s birthday party to get her ready to go! I think she did ok for such a fast getting ready time!!

Happy 11th Birhtday Alex

Alex turned 11 years old today!

We planned a fun-filled day for him! He had two friends spend the night Sunday night and then Monday we picked up more friends and headed to the Playstation in Cedar Rapids!!

Bryn and I chased them through tubes and tunnels and down slides playing freeze tag and Hide and Seek!

After Bryn left for her Valentines Banquet, we had a special supper of Becki chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and corn before we opened presents and had cupcakes! He says he had a fantasically wonderful day! I hope the whole next year is filled with happy memories!

Snowstorm 2011

It was pretty cold out today, but Alex ventured out to build a tunnel in the drifts....its been a long time since we had enough snow to make good ones!!

Here is the back yard....pretty drifty and gorgeous!
